Michael G. Rademaker – CEO
The company’s philosophy remains unchanged over the last 30 years. Michael G. Rademaker, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, built teams of disciplined and seasoned professionals whom are results-oriented and dedicated to service. He believes the company’s success is the direct result of the quality of the professionals and specialists that serve on the MGR Team. Mike created his mission statement in 1983 “We treat our client’s properties as if they were our own”.
Menard Encarnacion serves MGR Property Management as the Chief Financial Officer. As head of the financial branch, his responsibilities include oversight and direction of accounting, finance, internal auditing, investor relations, and tax/treasury functions at MGR. He has brought with him, 13 years of experience and expertise in finance, strategy, and accounting and will lead MGR Property Management toward financial growth and excellence. Prior to joining us at MGR, Menard served as the Vice President of Finance at cPrime, Inc. for several years and before that, has worked as a Certified Public Accountant for the State of California. Menard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and a Master’s degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
Ernie Mastel- Commercial Operations Manager
Ernie Mastel serves as the Commercial Operations Manager at MGR Property Management. He is a facility service veteran, performing and overseeing maintenance and mechanical engineering for over thirteen years. Through his previous role at ABM, he is trained and focused on decreasing operating costs, reducing customer complaints, and improving our customer’s overall experience. Since 2011, Ernie was promoted within, from a contractor with ABM all the way up to becoming the Senior District Manager for Orange County and Inland Empire. Mastel is involved with the Building Owners Managers Association of the Inland Empire and the Inland Empire Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. These organizations assist Mastel to build on his professional experience by maintaining important networks and staying up to date with industry news. His management experience is an outstanding benefit to our team.
Carol Higgins – Vice President, Regional Apartment Manager
Carol Higgins has been a valuable member of the MGR Property Management team since 1999. Her experience and specialization is in the residential real estate field, specifically overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of apartment complexes. She is a licensed salesperson in the State of California and has a business degree from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California. Ms. Higgins has lead our team of onsite managers since 2007 and was promoted to Vice President of MGR Property Management in 2012. Prior to joining MGR Property Management, she worked as a District Manager in the self storage industry. Ms. Higgins earned the “Property Manager of The Year” Award in 2006 and the MVP Award in 2013.

Dana Rademaker- Relationship Manager
Dana Rademaker joined MGR Property Management in 2018 and serves the Ontario, Victorville, and Carlsbad offices as the Relationship Manager. Dana is a key strategic liaison between the management team and both existing and potential clientele. She is dedicated to building and managing communication among industry leaders and organizations. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to event planning, public relations coordinating, and outreach strategies. Her dedication and enthusiasm to MGR Property Management and its growth has been invaluable. Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San Diego State University and is a designated CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager).
Melissa A. Sheridan – Senior Commercial Property Manager
Ms. Melissa Sheridan has been a valuable asset to MGR Property Management since 2004, working very closely with our company CEO Michael Rademaker, in managing his personal portfolio of buildings. Melissa is also one of our Senior Property Managers. She has been managing a large portfolio of Commercial Properties since 2006 and was awarded the company’s “Property Manager of the Year” in 2007. Melissa’s daily tasks include overseeing work orders, walk-through inspections with tenants, renewing current leases, maintaining rents at market value. Melissa works very closely with her owners to ensure an outstanding rapport. In addition, she works closely and oversees her Commercial Team to make sure her department operates smoothly. Melissa is currently working towards obtaining her CPM.
Hilda Del Castillo – Property Manager
Mrs. Hilda Del Castillo is currently in our Ontario Office managing commercial and residential properties. She began with MGR Real Estate, Inc., in 2007, and was hired with MGR Property Management in 2009. She has a strong diverse background in lease negotiations, sales and management that benefit both investors and tenants. Born and raised in Southern California she understands and knows the real estate markets constant changes. As a Canyon Lake resident and investor herself, she brings her own personal experience, and knowledge to share with others. Her strong can do positive work ethic stands out in all her work as she’s continues her education to achieve her goal of getting her real estate broker license later this year.

Founder and CEO of MGR Property Management, MGR Real Estate and MGR Services, Michael G. Rademaker first entered the real estate market at the young age of 19. He had an insatiable desire to learn and a commitment to provide a unique yet superior product for his clients. Michael now owns and operates one of the leading residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing, and management companies in Southern California.
Under Michael’s leadership, MGR employees and hundreds of sales professionals service the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino with offices in Ontario, Carlsbad, and Victorville. Michael and his team provide expert advice on a multitude of residential and commercial investments. These include multi-family apartments, office, retail, industrial, land, condominiums, hotels and restaurants, as well as other business opportunities.
Throughout the years, Michael has remained true and passionate to not only his company, but to his employees as well. Today, Michael continues to engage with tenants, owners, and employees through a series of charitable events, community events, and office events dedicated towards building a stronger community.
As a single parent, active community member and native Californian, Michael’s passionate and amiable nature is demonstrated outside of the office as well. He is a regular donor for charitable causes, and a dedicated volunteer to several non-profit organizations.
One such cause is in honor of World Autism Awareness Day. #MGRGivesBack is a social media campaign designed by MGR to raise awareness and support for the Autism community. During the month of April, with each post uploaded to social media with the #MGRGivesBack hashtag, MGR promises to donate $10 to organizations such as Autism Speaks. The #MGRGivesBack campaign also allows MGR to partner with Autism Speaks for their annual Autism Speaks Walk in the Inland Empire. The success of the social media campaign paired with the annual community walk, has allowed Michael to continue helping families and those affected by Autism. In past years, the Autism Speaks organization has received donations up to $11,700 from the efforts of the MGR community.
Last September to continue his work in supporting the community, Michael attended Dignity Group’s, an organization helping families with Special Needs loved ones, 10th annual Joanne and James Jennings Memorial Gold Tournament. As a proud supporter of the organization, Michael had already matched all donations before the event had even begun for a total of $20,000.
MGR continues to be proud of each donation contributed to organizations seeking to help those in our local community.
