In an on-going effort to better serve you and your property, we have upgraded our software system to include a wider variety of services available to you. This software upgrade includes a tenant portal that will allow you to have direct communication with your property manager, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and opt-in to receive important text alerts.
Please ensure that you have deactivated any automated payments to our previous program Paylease as we will no longer be utilizing their services and will not accept their method of payment. Please use your new tenant portal for your future payments, maintenance requests, and communication with your managers as this will allow us to maintain all important finances and documents in one convenient portal.
Your tenant portal is now available for activation and your property address is linked by your email address that we have on file. If you are having difficulties activating your profile, please contact your property manager and allow up to 72 hours to reset. Please note that rent is still due on the 1st and there is a late fee after the 5th, if you there is an issue with your tenant portal and you are not able to pay rent online, please drop off or mail your rent to our office and we will correct the software for future payments.
